I am incredibly proud to serve as principal of a school filled with dedicated educators, wonderful students, and families who care deeply about their children and our school community.

Elementary education has always held a special place in my heart. These years are about so much more than academics, they are when children begin to discover who they are as learners, build confidence in themselves, develop meaningful relationships, and create memories that shape how they feel about school for years to come.

As principal, I believe our most important responsibility is to continually ask, “What is best for kids?” That question guides my leadership and the decisions we make at Ralya. I believe students thrive when they feel known, valued, supported, and challenged, and I am committed to creating a school where every child has the opportunity to grow and succeed.

One of Ralya’s greatest strengths is our staff. Our teachers and support staff are talented, caring, and deeply committed to their students. I believe strongly in supporting our educators, working collaboratively, and building on the great things already happening at Ralya while always looking for ways we can continue to grow.

I also believe that strong schools are built through strong relationships. I value open communication and meaningful partnerships with students, staff, families, and our community. When we work together and keep kids at the center of our decisions, we create the kind of school our students deserve.

It is a privilege to lead Ralya Elementary, and I look forward to continuing to make Ralya a place where children feel they belong, teachers feel supported, families feel connected, and learning is something to be excited about.
